Inertia, Habits and Your Scorecard

Inertia is, a body in motion stays in motion, a body at rest stays at rest. Unless you actively choose to take action, the inertia of life will carry you along. Maybe that is "ok" with you, maybe not. How do you know? How are you keeping score?

Humans are emotional beings, but emotion is a poor guide. We need a goal, a compass and a GPS to know that we are heading in the right direction, regardless of how we feel. That is what the Big Boyz Scorecard system is all about.

  • Instead of goal setting, ask and answer this question:
  • What problem in my life do I want to solve? Write it down.
  • Why do you want to change it? Write it down.
