There are four criteria that a political party must meet to be a federal party (follow link below). We need a Representative in Congress to add a fifth criteria to qualify as a political party. It should read something like this:
The party may not currently or during its history support slavery. Any party now or in its past that supports slavery is immediately disqualified and its status as a political party is hereby revoked.
